简介
本过滤器适用于油泵吸油口处滤除油液中的杂质，用以保护油泵及其它液压元件，有效地控制液压系统的污染，提高液压系统的清洁度。
过滤器配有发讯器，旁通阀和集污盅。具有通油能力大，阻力小等优点。已获国家**局实用新型**证书。其主要性能特点有：

1．过滤器直接安装在油箱盖板上，筒体伸入油箱的油液中。出油口设有螺纹和法兰两种连接方式，与油泵吸油口连接，管路简单，安装方便。
2．当滤芯堵塞需清洗或更换时，只须打开过滤器上盖，即可取出滤芯进行清洗或更换，十分方便。
3．在过滤器出油口设有滤芯堵塞发讯器，具有直观和自动发讯两种功能。通过观察发讯器上的指示表，可以随时了解滤芯堵塞情况。
当滤芯堵塞，出油口真空度达到0.03MPa时，发讯器便会发出讯号，此时应停机清洗或更换滤芯。
4．在滤芯上部设有旁通阀，当发讯器报警后不能立即处理故障，出油口真空度升至大于0.032MPa时，旁通阀则会自动开启，另行开
通油路，以保护过滤器不受损坏，并避免油泵出现吸空现象，确保系统照常运行。
5．在滤芯中设有篥污盅，在系统运行过程中，油液流经滤芯内腔时将其中超过滤芯过滤精度的污染物阻挡在滤芯内，并集中到集污盅里
当清洗或更换滤芯时，集污盅和滤芯一同带出，避免了已滤除的污染物因更换滤芯时重新掉进油箱中，从而保持了油液的清洁度。

Introduction
The Model YLX filter is directly installed on the oil tank cover plate, used for
removing impurities from the oil by filtration at the oil pump inlet of the hydraulic
system. A metal screen is adopted as the filtration core. The filter is equipped
with a signal sender and by-pass valve. When the filter is colgged and the
vacuum up t0 0.03MPa, alarm will be given.
